Helen is my usual wedding partner at Walker & Jones Photography, and good friend for over 7 years now! To say it was an honour (and nerve-wracking!) to be there and photograph her and Calum’s day would be an understatement. They got married at the beautiful Lower Damgate Farm in the Peak District. Luckily after a sprinkling of overnight snow, the weather held out for some sunshine; although it was bitterly cold (note Helen’s red hands!). Not restricted by having a legal ceremony on the day, they were free to have a lovely personalised ceremony, performed by their good friend Andrew. We saw performances from Calum’s sister in their lovely barn setting, then took a walk with the sheep and some llamas - just your typical wedding day really!
Thankfully Helen loved the images I took, for what was one of my favourite weddings!
