Amy & Jack
INKERSALL GRANGE FARM, NEWARK
May 2022
“I DON’T REALLY KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN - WHAT A BLOODY PHOTOGRAPHER YOU ARE! THEY’RE GORGEOUS!! THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH! EVERYONE COMMENTED ON HOW FABULOUS YOU WERE AND HOW LOVELY AS WELL!”
You can sometimes tell how amazing and lovely a wedding day is going to be as soon as you walk through the door in the morning - and Amy & Jack’s Inkersall Grange Farm wedding was definitely one of those days! Amazing people; such a lovely family, along with some fantastic suppliers.
After a nice chilled morning of bridal prep (and some shakey-leg nerves from Amy!), it was on to Church for a beautiful ceremony. There was no space for me and the front, but I still managed to catch the towel-based analogies (you probably had to be there!). After spending some time outside the beautiful grounds to the sound of wedding bells, we attempted to re-create a wedding photo of Amy’s mum and dad, who got married at the very same church!
Then it was onto one of my personal favourite venues - Inkersall Grange Farm (spot the bias towards my own wedding venue!). Amy & Jack’s day was super chilled, perfectly suiting their personalities. We explored the grounds later in the evening, to catch that lovely golden light and get some couple’s photos for this self-proclaimed ‘awkward’ couple (still searching for that awkwardness in their photos, anyone?). Just when I thought I couldn’t get on with these two any better; Jack was kind enough so give me an amazing thank you during his speech (very rare, but always appreciated) that made my duck and hide from everyone!
We finished with a first dance to a song performed by one of Jack’s best friends; Witness by Gray (absolutely amazing - do check it out!), who was also kind enough to let me use it for a little mini-slideshow for the couple!
