Best of 2024 - Golden Hour

It’s that time again, I’m recapping the past year with some of my favourite images. With over 40,000 wedding photos delivered last year, it’s been some task narrowing it down, so I’ve decided to split them up into different categories. It’s also very difficult to subjectively say ‘these are my best images’, so these are my personal favourites; images that I’m most proud of from 2024.

I’ll always aim to get my couples out for some photos just before the sun sets. It doesn’t have to be a beautifully sunny day (though that definitely helps!) to get out at the right time; even on a cloudy day that light just hits differently. We’re usually talking late evening (even after a first dance in the height of summer!) but it all depends on what time of year your wedding is and I’m always keeping one eye on the weather and the sun location all day. If you guys are willing to come out for another 5-10 minutes whenever the ‘right time’ is, then you won’t regret it!
