Jenn & Dale got married in the beautiful cathedral at Ripon, then celebrated at the perfectly-located Old Deanery just across the road!

I started with a very chilled Jenn and sister Ellie (who I’ve photographed a few times before with her family!) getting ready at the Old Deanery. Dale spent a little time in the Pub with his groomsmen watching Leeds Utd (not a great start to his day!). Ripon cathedral and The Old Deanery are both amazing spaces to get married, we even managed to get a few group and couple’s photos outside (though if you look closely you can see a slight look of everyone braving the winter chill!)

Some highlights included a surprise cake for Jenn, her Dad mixing up his wife and daughter’s names during speeches, and some epic partying into the evening!

I was told by Ellie that Jenn & Dale initially didn’t even think they’d bother with a wedding photographer for their day - unthinkable; and I’m delighted that they finally came to their senses (with some persuading from Ellie, I think!)
